Link4 and Docupath partner to improve invoice processing and deliver AI-powered AP automation
Link4 and Docupath have announced a new partnership to embed AI-native Intelligence into document processing for users in the APAC region.
PDF invoices are commonplace in businesses today. OCR is often used to capture information from an invoice, but this partnership enhances that final stage of the invoice cycle by applying AI-native data extraction, validation, and refinement when the invoices are received.
The main difference: Traditional OCR reads the data. AI understands the data.
As a result, businesses gain access to a new generation of document intelligence technology, increasing straight-through processing rates and reducing manual exception handling and more reliable downstream workflows.
Using AI in this way, customers can simplify the B2B document exchange while increasing accuracy, control, and automation readiness.
“This is an example of how AI can make everyday life so much easier for finance teams,” noted Robin Sands (pictured), CEO at Link4. “We are excited to bring this new capability to market together with Docupath.”
The partnership powers Link4 DataXtract, that enables finance teams to process 100% of their invoices, both structured eInvoices and unstructured PDF invoices, through a single platform.
“We look forward to working closely with Link4 and their customers to unlock the power of AI across APAC. By combining Docupath’s AI-native document intelligence with Link4’s Peppol-enabled flows, we are simplifying invoice processing and enabling teams to work faster, smarter, and with greater confidence,” said Julius Nilsson, CEO at Docupath.
